  Two Letters of Recommendation. Letters must be enclosed in sealed envelopes signed across flap.

Two Official Copies of Undergraduate and (if applicable) Graduate Academic Transcripts

GRE Score Report. Our GRE reporting codes are as follows: Institution code – 5812 / Department code – 2501.

Application Fee. Check for $30.00 payable to “University of Florida” and enclosed in sealed envelope marked “Application Fee.”

Please assemble all items and mail in one large envelope to the address below. Your letters of recommendation should be in sealed envelopes signed across the flap. Submit official academic transcripts only. The University of Florida cannot waive the application fee.

Do not send your Application for Admission to the Office of Admissions. Please ignore the instructions printed on the Application for Admission. GRE scores should be transmitted directly to the University of Florida.

Admission the the writing program is based solely on your manuscript. Admission to the Graduate School and a decision on financial aid must await the completion of the entire application.

There is no firm deadline, but we recommend submitting your application by January 15, 2008.
